The National Trade Facilitation Committee is constituted by the following institution members as key players in the implementation of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA):

3. Private Sector Federation (PSF)-Secretary;
4. Rwanda Standards Board (RSB);
5. Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI);
6. Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN);
7. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MINAFFET);
8. Rwanda Development Board (RDB);
9. Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration;
10. Law Reform Commission;
11. Transporters Association (ATAR);
12. Rwanda Freight Forwarders Association (RWAFFA);
13. Rwanda National police;
14. National Agriculture Export Board (NAEB);
15. Rwanda Agriculture Board (RAB);
16. Civil Society;
17. Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT);
18. Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA);

Apart from permanent members, other institutions may be invited on an ad-hoc basis to attend the NTFC meeting depending on the agenda of the meeting.
